This role is responsible for managing WTP (Water Treatment Plant) and WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant) operations, ensuring the achievement of quality and environmental targets, efficient resource management, and compliance with all relevant regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Quality Target Achievement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitor the performance of RO (Reverse Osmosis) and wastewater recycling systems, ensuring operational efficiency and effective treatment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure zero breakdowns in water treatment operations and timely sanitation of RO systems to extend membrane life.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and ensure effluent and sludge disposal is compliant with PCB (Pollution Control Board) regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain compliance with water usage and withdrawal limits as per PCB and ground water department consent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to PCB, ensuring compliance with effluent water parameters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee the calibration of lab instruments, gauges, and monitoring systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Train operators to optimize chemical usage, reduce costs, and improve operational performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure external water testing as per system and legal requirements and maintain cleanliness in line operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Pricing Target Achievement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drive cost reduction in WTP and WWTP operations, including chemical, membrane, and filter costs, while ensuring quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximize water recovery and reduce waste by maintaining equipment and controlling water wastage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare budgets, track costs, and implement improvements to reduce operational expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Systems Implementation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems, OHSAS, and Environmental Management Systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate actively in audits (IMS, GRS, ISCC) and manage documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct training on WTP and WWTP systems for safe and efficient operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage calibration programs and oversee process change management with risk assessments and documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Legal Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including PCB, Legal Metrology, and Ground Water Department regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Timely submission of legal reports, renewals, and related documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Team Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Foster a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and continuous development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.
