The role will also involve assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making at higher level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Financial Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the preparation of financial statements (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with internal and external audits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage end-to-end processes for AP\/AR, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Budgeting &amp; Forecasting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide financial analysis and variance reports to management for informed decision making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Taxation &amp; Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain compliance with all legal requirements and stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. General Ledger Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee accurate and timely entries into the general ledger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a detailed account of fixed assets, depreciation, and journal entries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Internal Controls<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support the development and monitoring of financial controls to mitigate risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.  Cash Flow Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage cash flow to ensure that financial obligations are met and provide forecasts to management for cash flow requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8.
